Trending @Accenture; Julie has been making the wrong decision for the last two years.

Julie is concentrating only on leadership changes from the last two years. But I didn't get the success. Accenture should lay off some leadership persons along with Julie immediately to save the organisation. Leadership change is not helping the growth of the organisation. They are not holding the talented resources who are really doing great here and recruiting the resources from outside who are not able to deliver a project. Really boomerang decision.

Julie is just concentrating on having the maximum females in leadership as well as in the overall workforce which is nothing but a classic example of pseudo feminism. If julie doesn't get changed in the span of max 2 years then mark my word Accenture will take heavy hits which I don't think they'll ever be able to compensate for.

Problem with Julie and leadership is that they sit at US where diversity is focused upon. If leaders are chosen based on your gender or sexuallity or race after sometime it's going to fail. The IT world is mainly male dominated and seeing female leadership might be inspiration to females in IT but what's the use if leaders are incompetent. Most top leadership are white folks and so they are introducing more people of colour but what's the use if leaders are incompetent.

As a female employee in Accenture , Julie is not even giving me any inspiration at all.

Also these no-hike stuff is happening in India mainly and globally they are getting hikes. India has no labour union so leadership are nicely taking advantage of it

If there is a problem with Julie, you should mention that only... You should not generalize sexuality here.

Even me not getting anything here , working for 7 years.. because of the thought like you had many people.. I faced those words already with my leads..

They should start with Julie first and introduce a more competent CEO. Even Mahesh Zurale is useless. He needs to fight for the ATCI people but he is not doing anything at all for us. Honestly, let them replace half of leadership team with CL 7-9 folks and it will make no difference to the business.

And the project leads says please upskill we are looking for talent will provide opportunities.When we upskill and ask for opportunity there comes the play yoga re important to team.This type of cross skilling management doesnot accept.blah blah blah...

They are just shifting leadership team from one du to another . And in the haste to show some value, they are just changing everything which is already working and playing with talented resources. It’s all confusing from last 2 yrs for higher management as well. And our dear Julie sweet is busy promoting and celebrating pride

I feel Accenture is too hierarchical. Lot many SMs, ADs and MDs in internal projects rather than into client projects. That’s bleeding Accenture a lot of funds. Trim down on MDs, ADs and repurpose them to client projects or maybe give them Client engagement roles

Harsh Reality ! If senior management is fired and new people are in place it will open new opportunities for the people who are at lower level. Bcoz for now the scenario is senior management lacks vision and they are getting promoted and getting hikes from them without thinking of growing people below their level. In short inka kha kha kar pet nhi bhar rha hai chaheh neeche walo ko kuch mile ya na mile just doing politics in organization and no visionaries no growth mindset just apne baare me soch rahe hai they all should be fired to bring thinks on track

They are spending a ton on leadership aswell. I had a convo with one leadership person they said 6 lakh was joining bonus only for 2.5 years of experience.

I agree accenture has been loosing many resources since quite some time now.. accenture will be in trouble for sure in few years if their attitude towards their employees doesn’t change

We have worst leadership they all are biased and think it’s their inherited property not shareholders owned company. My group’s MD is completely biased. Julie is the problem to all such thoughtless use of company resources in focusing and fostering too political and bureaucratic environment.
