JPMC vs GS product VP

Hi! I was passed over for promotion at GS this year. My manager assures me to have a strong chance the next year but I have also cracked a JPMC role as a senior associate (AVP). I dont know if this a progress pr not. I wonder what should be my next move in career. I know GS has the reputation, pay and I have established strong credibility with my team vs JPMC will be starting new so my VP will be further delayed. Does anyone has strong insights?
