I have an offer from Accenture but in my offer the letter says, we cannot join the competitor organisation ( not exactly), any one who joined after 2021 or in 2022 and after,
So my question is can I join Accenture or will it have any impact?

The clause states you should not join client that you have worked previously for 12 months and you should not work with same client in competitor organization for 6 months.So you can join accentuate but should not work with any client that you have worked past 6 months in infosys.

You can join same client but not same project. As that will be very visible. And many times clients themselves have cool off periods of someone is switching vendors. But that is it your headache .its Accenture headache.
