Joining Microsoft...need Suggestions

Dear GVs

I'm joining Microsoft Hyderabad Campus from this Monday - 16th Dec.

I need your suggestions. I've 7+ YOE.

For the past 4 years :

-> I've been doing WFH Vs Now I need to adopt a Hybrid model.

->Been working for a startup-like small organization Vs now it's one of the Big tech giant

->Working mostly on RnD type of work Vs Now it's going to be full Development

->Individual Contributor Vs Now need to work with the team and get the work done with Vendor teams

-> Zero Politics Vs Now ..heard that there could be internal politics (Hopefully not in my team)

So I need your suggestions on how to adopt the above changes + anything that would make my time better and efficient in Microsoft.
