I got Offer letter on Oct 30 Thursday, and I have accepted and give the date as 2nd Feb (Tentative Date) Now when I get Joining letter? Anyone aware? Kindly help

No joining letter separately before onboarding. You will get a welcome email mostly 3-4 days before your date. That marks your offer confirmation in TCS. Until and unless you get the welcome email you joining is not confirmed. So, keep in touch with your HR frequently and try to attend the Coffee sessions to clear your doubts. All the best
