Joining Deloitte USI, need review

I am joining as an analyst, (12lpa CTC, 9L base, 90k variable, 2.1L joining bonus).

Considering I am a fresher, what sort of hikes can I expect?

when can i expect my first promotion?

and what exactly is the analyst and consultant role in Deloitte USI? will i be working on data science/analytics projects or software development projects or is it something completely different?

How is the company culture? any benefits?
