I won't say it as tip but sharing my experience here as I joined last month to deloitte USI
Firstly I was worried about people telling about working for 14 hours but it mostly depends on project and the manager so don't worry much on there
Coming to the perks ,deloitte give 25k for well being subsidy and 25k for smartphone so that's a plus point
100% echo this opinion. My current project has best WLB. I hardly have work of 4- 5 hours daily. My direct manager may not be best in terms of support required, But higher project management seems to be pretty good.
