Even after describing everything they gave me 16 December joining date i have not resigned yet even if i resign today my relieving date would be 18 December The HR is not picking up my call What should I do

Resign now and keep following up with Accenture HR. Try negotiating with Infosys for an early release. If HR is unresponsive, escalate the issue to higher management. Have a backup plan.

Don’t go for exact date from of notice period submission you guys need to add buffer days

Try reaching the hr through the mail and mark any other poc on cc. Or reply to the thread that was created to send offer
