Joining client company

If we are working at client location and we got an offer from to join client company.Can we join? What are the restrictions & challenges in it from TCS side?

You can't join the client company directly due to contractual agreements. There's usually a waiting period of 6 months to 1 year. Approval from TCS is mandatory. Follow procedures to avoid issues.
