Can somebody help me understand how the joining bonus policy. I have joined on January 16 2025 so completing one year in January 16 2026 only. But if I resign now my last working day would be February only. So in this case should I return joining bonus? Should I wait till jan16,26 to avoid returning joining bonus

It depends on your reason to resign.If you are resigning as you have other offer which requires to join before jan 16 then resign.If you are resigning without any plan and feel bonus amount is high just wait and resign after Jan 16

So I have offer now .. notice period is 90 days ..my last working day will fall above 12 months in this case should I return joining bonus?
