Trending @HCL; Joining Bonus receival
I was promised to receive a joining bonus, it's been around 2 months of joining, still I have not received the joining bonus and there is no clarity from my recruiter when I will receive it, can anybody help me out on this.
bhai if it is there in offer letter you will get ..else forget you a get single penny in name of joining bonus
It was not mentioned for me in offer letter during the time of recruitment Hiring recruiter gave me mail confirmation on joining bonus will it be sufficient, however I have raised an SSD on the same but no improvement on it as well
Joining bonus has been stopped since 2 years in HCL

Don’t worry you will never receive it like my friend he also waited ti receive it and now it’s been more than one year and he’s still waiting.
You should receive that if u have a written agreement from recruiter. Just follow up on same email trail looping your RM
