Trending @Accenture; Joining bonus deduction if Resign before 1 year?

Hi All,

Can anyone tell me if I resign before 12 months then do i need to return the joining bonus. Joining date is 26 August 2024 and if I resign then 3 months will be notice period and it will be one year including the notice period.

yourl need to be in company for atleast 1 year, So even if u resigned but completed 12 months, then u will not have to pay anything. Read the fine print of your offer letter. Also confirm with your HR regarding the policy.
