Joining bonus and LWD
I joined TCS in may last year with a joining bonus but I am kind of regretting my decision because I have been on the bench most of the time and did not utilise my expertise much compared to my previous companies. I am planning to switch but as per the contract I have to be part of TCS for 12 months otherwise I have to give the joining bonus back to them.
Kindly help. I am not sure if These 12 months are considered as per your LWD or the day you put down the paper.
Do you have an offer in hand?
If yes, you can maybe consider still. If not, I'd day keep applying and upskilling. May doesn't seem so far. It's almost April.
I think you will have to return joining bonus there is no way around that
Okay so if I put my paper down before may I have to return my JB ? Even though my LWD might fall in the month of June.
