Joined the project in a different IOU. Is there an impact on the band?

Recently joined a Project in Retail But my unit was tagged in CBO. The manager asked me to change the reviewer and HR names in SPEED.There should be one from the CBO unit. How do I know who will be my reviewer and HR?.....any info?
