I have joined on Aug 5th of this year as a Consultant and on bench till now and have given one interview and there is no response from them . What is the risk in staying on bench and how many days they will tolerate the B2 Consultant guy in bench even though they haven’t tagged me to any project? I have heard that 3 months from the joining if any lateral didn’t get any project they will terminate or ask us to resign . Is that true??

Yes, there's a risk if you stay on the bench too long. Generally, 3 months is the limit. Use this time to upskill and network within the company. Be proactive.
