Trending @Accenture; Joined Oct 23rd,2024- Got into a support role in March.And they are showing me hell in this project..Is it okay to quit job, search a job.
Like I don't like this work at all.. I know, no one is doing the project as willingly as they can but... I can't roll off from the project.. for one year... But if it happens there is no scope at all for me to attain some skills to get some good projects after roll off... Is it okay quit job and search for job does this going to affect my career..? Please suggest your opinions... Don't scold me... I know but I can't continue like this...
Even i had been in the same situation 2 years back. I'll suggest you to continue and not to quit. Keep calm and don't burden yourself and meanwhile start searching for a new job.
Thanks for the words. But one question.. it's so difficult right for the current market to get a job.. could you suggest any way to search jobs.. not like the normal practices.. would you suggest regarding that.
If you already have offer you can quit else better stay and try for another company, gain skills and quit
I can feel you, don't stress too much, it burns out a lot.
Honest advice, nothing is difficult in this world for the human brain, go for a walk about 5kms in the evening, don't carry a mobile and headset. Just walk, u will sort out everything by yourself, i always do this when i feel burnout, and miraculously it works.

Actually I don't have any offer.. but the work they are giving.. I am unable to have my day properly. Lil bit worried and confused at the same time. But thanks everyone for your words.. I don't know how the hell I am going to survive in this project.. ðŸ«
Do you think in other companies there will be no hell ? It will be same there also , if you are experienced , it will take atleast 3 to 4 months to know what is the going on the project that is why many ppl don't survive in market , just my personal feedback instead of complaining learn things and move on
Don't do that. Market is worse now , just get some skills and try applying outside, then leave.
Yeah bro I agree that totally... But it is getting more worse day by day.. in this project... I am unable to handle those things... But they are expecting too much from me... It's just been a month and they are expecting me to solve any type of incidents... With my own knowledge.. I had KT for just 3 days.. before having any access... I don't think by continuing this way would be a good be good move..for my career...
