Joined new company 1 month back. One of the best decision I have taken in my carrier. Below are reason.
- No hike was there in infy
- No recognition and promotion
- No new learning and all support project
- Lateral was paid very good than loyal employees
- Toxic manager and politics
- With less salary wfo was mandatory
- Useless training and PIP threat
- Performance bonus issue
- Due all this morally devasted and lose self confidence on myself
I missed about useless TDP and Project Refusal policy part in above.
Same boat as yours man. Can't wait to get out though. Hope something good happens
We can not give everything in gods hand. I was also in same mindset as I spend almost 6 years in infosys. If we have good technical skill and offer in hand (might not be from any mnc) without hesitation just move on.

Very true. Not only TPD, but TAG as well. Both these groups don't have any diligence towards their work. At last we are pushed to scout other talent on social platforms and in TMS to close client demands. I am just counting my days to get out of this company.

Low pay and work from office is the biggest issue here. Anyways Congrats!!!
