Trending @Infosys; Joined Infosys one month ago and now thinking of resigning as I got a better offer

Will I get early release since I am on probation plus bench? During Onboarding, they mentioned 3 months of notice period even in probation. Will this still matter or not?

Earlier that 3 month notice period during pro a ruin was not there. If you are not on project good chance they will release you immediately. But hope your offer is not subject to immediate joining. They are well within their right to screw your happiness by making you stay for entire notice period
