Joined in June- Allocated in the project in mid june - Getting released now- What will happen next- Manager said no negative review- C1- 14L

I joined in June at C1 position and allocated in the project in mid of june - the project was a bit though to understand i use to complete my task on time and infact before times but still was learning in the project got a call from manager stating that i might get released and i work on one tool what would be next steps I will be reporting to RMG and will i be going into PIP, What would happen next.
