Trending @Accenture; Joined in july 2024 any promotion this quarter ?
Joined in july last year any chances of promotion as already cleared assesment exam and have done gcp certification and techleap also done. Any idea folks ?
There are chances of getting promotion when your performance is good within 6 months and also depends upon the project. But it happens only in rare cases.
But as per Accenture rules and regulations we were told 18 months to be completed. Now they have made 2 yrs it seems.
Now the market is also not that good and they have very good reasons to push your promotion forward. And you have even not completed a year at Accenture.
Did u check with your manager that ur name was nominated for promotion in talent discussion.
Yeah i checked they didn't give me any hint they just told me that they will update me after talking to one of the team member
U need to check with ur ppl lead. U have not yet completed a year, that too during this market fall. I don’t think they will give u any promotion. There are many ppl working for more than 3 years and waiting for promotions and hike. U just need to wait for ur turn or u need to wait till may for the results.
