Trending @Accenture; Joined in 2022, MAL is 36, never got promoted since I’ve joined, is there any possibility of promotion in upcoming cycle?

Mine is 42 same situation at 9 Levelc, no positive sign of promotion or hikes, i shared multiple awards received from client... I keep on asking My promotion from last three years..Accenture manger told a single word...look for outside opportunities....and you are not adding any value to the Accenture...just you are billable like other Accenture employee....
Hi, Please have the discussion with your People Lead and Manager and highlight your achievements and performance in the last 3 years and make them believe that you are the deserving candidate. Then, you will be confident that it will be happening. Push more & schedule 1:1 calls and skip level meetings.
Getting a promotion is very tricky, your lead should be 100% convinced that you deserve promotion.
