Trending @HCL; Joined for Pipeline Project, Now No Communication – What Should I Do?

I joined HCL on 09 February for a pipeline project. After joining, I was asked to deliver OpenEdge training to employees who were on the bench and were supposed to be part of this pipeline project. I conducted training sessions almost every day for about 3–4 hours.

Now I’ve been informed that the pipeline project may not come to HCL. Since then, I haven’t been able to get clear communication from anyone. My calls are not being answered, and I’m not getting responses on Teams either.

As I am new to HCL, I’m not fully aware of the internal processes or what typically happens in such situations. My primary skill is OpenEdge, which is a niche technology, and opportunities in the market are quite limited, especially with 14+ years of experience.

At this point, I feel a bit lost and unsure about the next steps. I would appreciate guidance on what I should do in this situation and how one can transition to a different technology and get aligned to projects within the organization.
