Trending @Capgemini; Joined Capgemini on Sep 2024 still on the bench
I was trained on Java full stack and I have given many nominations and shared my resume for internal postings, but none replied back.
The RMG team only takes the candidates they like, not the hardworking ones. This is really very disappointing. If possible, can anyone help me with a project requirement.

Stop giving excuses, go and meet the rmg team if they are reachable in the office.
If you are hardworking and no one knows, what's the use ??
Meet and ask about it,
I have seen the rmg team helping most of them in my batch to get projects. They exist for that, if you don't put efforts to reach out, it's not to blame on them. It's your mistake for working hard in silence which is of no use.

Also come out of mindset for searching and applying specific roles only, no one gives a fresher with code in hand to play with it, there are barely development roles in cg for freshers, if you wait only for it, you will be on the bench forever.

Dude don't you think it's unprofessional if RMG team doesn't reply to your messages on teams?

There are so many openings in IJP emails for Java Full Stack Developer. Connect with RMG, you follow up with them, understand from them why you are not being selected. Interviewers do share the feedback on rejecting a resource. RMG doesn't have favorites. If you do regular followups, they will help you.
Check IJP emails. Any openings which match your skill set, apply there. You must have networked with a few people around. Approach them and ask if their project has any requirements.

Find an opportunity outside , being on bench for longer period will impact your yearly appraisals and variable bonus payout and might also put you on high risk of getting into PIP
