Yes you can expect, but they'll give you or not that's not sure 🥲

I'm an experienced (5 years) and did not got any increment in last cycle whereas I joined the organization in Sept 2023 and I got Succedding rating as well still no increment - Capgemini gives only salary and no other benefits or increments or promotions

If you are experienced then you will need to wait for year end cycle, that would be in Dec and may expect increment in Apr 2026.

After 18 months, you will have your 1st appraisal cycle then you may have it if you are fresher.

How can you expect hike in 1 year in Capgemini only thenga no hikes nothing if you need hike switch the company.
