I joined TCS this week. How TCS Pays monthly and quarterly performance pay. will there be any deduction?

depends…. They would have mentioned in offer letter too…but as a ballpark figure, I’d say between 15% to 80% of my one month salary @ C3B

Monthly variable you will get every month 100%. Qvp at C3B is 40-50% .Which is again linked to your wfo index.

I am sorry to say, but they may deduct 50 to 80 pcnt for consultant. THAT means u may get 40 k per quarter incase ur quarterly variable is 2 lakhs per quarter
