Joined as a fresher in TCS is the worst destination I have ever taken In my life.
I joined in 2021 following academics. That was a pandemic time so I don't have any other choice and my college is also not allowing me to sit on another interview because I have an offer in TCS. But that's my worst choice. I'm regretting why I got selected for TCS daily( everyday). I joined with the Ninja package and I still didn't get 30k in hand per month. Even my junior package is higher than mine. Don't know I completely lost myself. Initially they gave training for DevOps. But they put me on the support project which is not even using any tool of DevOps. I'm Completely sick of TCS. I even tried to switch. There is not even a single call I'm receiving. Now I'm completely lost.

Learn market relevant technology and leave. You will get good offers and with good salary hike..

I learned the cloud (AWS), Jenkins, docker but I can't jump. Due to current work. I worked as a support and looking for cloud domin. I've been searching for more than 9 months but still. I'm not even getting anything that's worse than anything. Even though I don't care about the package. If they give 1L more than my current package I'm fine. But no calls, mails nothing.

Gain confidence in the technology and keep updating your profile in naukri. You will get calls . Do not mention anything about support project you are currently doing.

Try to change the project internally and gain some experience in devops for at least 6 months. And then start looking for a job change. Dont worry you will be able to get through this time. I also worked in tcs for more than 5 years. Now finally I am leaving the company with a couple of good offers in hand. Just start preparing. You will be able to overcome this situation.

I can totally relate with you, even I’m in the same situation and this feeling is really worst!!

I can relate

I can relateðŸ˜

Same here, worst decision in my life choosing TCS. They put me in a support project, where there is no growth. The work is like copying paste. currently Im learning Python, Selenium to become a automation Tester. I have good skills, but manager is not releasing me from this rod project. Trying to switch company, I already resigned in TCS. Currently serving my notice period.

Put your own effort. Learn market relevant technology. Make full use of Udemy, O'Riely. Don't invest in learning. Take release from project. Fake your resume in your newly learned technology, and get a relevant project. Gain about 1 year of experience and switch.

Please ask for Release,as you have completed almost 3 years so they can't force you to stay even.
