Joined as a fresher in tcs and is on bench from 3 months after training. Upskilled my self in cloud but still no project calls as rmg says
There is no requirement in my unit as rmg says. But I have upskilled my self in cloud domain and have 2 time AWS certification and 2 times azure certification. No one cares about the skills, it's a random. Please if anyone who can have me in development project help me. My mental peace is not there anymore
Happened with me everytime I was on bench. I used to search for my desired technology related- TCS managers on LinkedIn, verify their existence on MS teams and send them a one-pager profile for initiating project calls.. whether it worked or not I am not sure, but after doing that I used to get calls via RMG after a wait of 2-3 months of no calls If I relied only on RMG efforts.
May be you could try. & For your 1st project, it is my humble advice to not keep any location filters. But if it is for an unavoidable circumstances like family health issues or something, then you can convey the same to the interviewing managers to workout an optimum solution.
Better start applying outside as well by which surely you are able to crack a few from the ones that you have applied..
You have 2x AWS and 2x Azure Certificate. Kudos to you for completing it. By the way, why are you still with TCS
