joined as a fresher, ideal time to switch after gaining 2 years experience or 3 or more ?

I joined as a fresher in TCS as a digital candidate, not really satisfied with the work currently I'm doing but just keeping hopes on future I'm trying to learn things in depth even though it's not required for my present work so that i can use this experience to switch to a better company.

What would be the ideal time to switch like after gaiming 2 years experience or 3 or more ?

I would love to hear all your valuable experiences and challenges which may help me to choose my career😊..

Still the ideal time is now. Or else you'd forget all the stuff you studied. I joined 1.7 yr before and I don't know who iam.

Since you have joined 8 months back better to switch early as possible bcoz more u stay less skillful u will be so at Max I say switch at Max 1yr mark

Yeah but the thing is i didn't learn anything in a good way, I'm part of RnD so it's like i will be learning something new everyday and stopping it in the middle and starting a new one and so on... Like multiple technologies but limited understanding

I'm also a digital candidate. I have joined as a digital cadre but I'm not liking the work currently I'm having 1.7 years of experience in Java domain. I'm trying to learn as much as depth in the technical domain and understanding the complete SDLC Life cycle. I am Aspiring to become an associate product manager. What would be the ideal experience required for the APM Roles. I need your advice from you guys. Thanks 👍
