Join Paid internship or Unpaid internship with job role

Dear Friends, Please help me to go where I found the right choice for my career. I completed my UI/UX design course and get an offer for a paid internship with Tellis Technologies. The second offer is with Designgare studio Uttrakhand. They provide me with an unpaid internship for 4 months and a performance based job role. So where should I join??
