Join As Apprentice or not?

22M, Bcom grad. Fresher. Gave CAT, two times couldn't score much to get decent colleges (Top 30-50).

Recieved an offer letter from Genpact.They told me later that since you're a fresher, we will assign you apprentice role for 18 months under 3rd party payroll at a stipend of 18k, post which you'll be FTE.

Since MBA colleges don't consider apprentice as work ex.

I ain't receiving much calls for interview for jobs. How should I move forward?
