Jobswitch - Mainframe developer

Hi Guys, I'm looking for job switch as mainframe developer I have 4 years of work experience in maniframes my project mostly was maintanence and refactoring the existing COBOL codes how do I prepare for interviews could you clear first technical round whereas manegarial round didn't go well Any mainframe developer could you please guide me
