Jobs in FAANG after three years into consulting?

I'm currently working in data analytics at a Big 4 firm, with solid experience in Python, PySpark for big data, and Snowflake. I’m aiming to transition into a software engineering role at a top-tier tech company. While I'm confident in my technical skills, I’m concerned that my consulting background might make me appear less technical. What can I do to position myself as a strong candidate for software engineering roles at leading tech companies?
