What do you think till what extent linkedin is useful or not at all actually, for one post 100-1k people apply and 2.what is your opinion on no mass hiring or anything of such on linked and there's no point in keep applying for these openings 3. Can someone suggest better way to switch other than referrals as most of organization don't have our desired openings most of the time what your thought on referrals as well.
