Job Transition

I’m seeking advice on transitioning from a technical role to the business side. After two years as a Software Engineer, I’ve realized that my strengths align more with the skills required in business roles rather than technical expertise. I have a B.Tech degree and am 25 years old, but I feel I lack the passion and skills to excel in tech. I’m now looking to shift into a business-focused role and would appreciate guidance on what skills to develop and which pathways or experiences would help me make this transition.
