Job switch/indian or international mba/ own business? What to do to progress

I am 26 yr old with 3 years experience in IT startup company as product management associate. My salary is only 5 lpa and i am not getting any interview calls despite upgrading myself. I was thinking of doing MBA but high cost and low placement make me doubt it. IS doing mba from uk or germany worth it in 2025 for good packages? Please i need some advice to progress in career. If anyone can guide me what to do , i am very confused and lost
