Job switch with 17+ Experience in TCS only!

I joined TCS through campus interview. TCS is my first company. I am looking for a job change now and applied in almost all the platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn etc. I get few calls and that too from consulting agencies/companies and they too ask some basic questions about my technical skills, experience etc. but they don’t turn!

Am I missing anything? Are (Naukri,LinkedIn) these tight platform? I want to leave TCS asap! Please guide me

seems like you too ,are not serious about your tech skills as you have not mentioned those here too. How can anyone give you helpful feedback without that?

Most of the time notice period is also a problem, no firm wants to wait for 3 months, when immediate joiners are available

Tech stack is very important. I'll say, run from IT. Eventually in next 5 years we all will be jobless.
