Job Switch to Deloitte FDD

I currently work at KGS FDD at Consultant level at 12 LPA + Variable I have a job offer now from Deloitte for FDD at Deputy Manager level at 17-18 LPA + Variable. Shall I take the job at Deloitte, please share culture , work pressure or any other important details related to. Currently have a very good culture at KGS. Please provide any inputs
