Job Switch to Client

If we get an offer from a client where we are supporting from TCS. Can we join the company without any issues from the TCS side?

We have an agreement with the client there should be a minimum of a month's wait if tcs provides approval we can join as my knowledge

I've heard about the same situation. The candidate was on good terms with his seniors, TL. Maybe that's why they had no problem with it. I think there is some clause regarding the same in our offer letter as well.
