Job Switch suggestions needed

Hi Friends, Im 4 yrs experienced React Developer. I want to switch job mainly to product company. I want a road map for interview preparation. Although I see lots of posts about it I feel so overwhelmed by so many things. Could someone give me time schedule I should maintain everyday, and topics to covers, how many months of preparation required, resources to check etc.
