Trending @Cognizant; Job switch suggestions

I am in cognizant since 1.5 years (including 6 months training) and been working in a support project. I feel like my skills are not at all being utilised and I’m eager to work heavily at start of my career. I am skilled at dot net and angular, basics of java, ms sql server

• how could i switch ASAP to a startup?
• should I learn java springboot in next few months then try switching, or I should switch in asp dot net?
• Is it fine switching from a big organisation to a startup?
