Job switch strategy

Hi guys,

I left wipro in Dec,2025 CTC was 5.5lpa. I joined NTT Data in Jan, 2026 with 13 lpa.

Now, I have a total of 3.10 years of experience. The work life is good here at NTT.

And I started thinking about making an another switch in next 6 to 9 months. This time I wanna target for product based companies.

Skills: Java, Angular & React

If I target for PBCs, how should my prep should be? If I choose to go for an another SBC, can i expect a salary of up to 20 to 30 lpa by the end of 2026 (or I'm over expecting)?

I am starting early, so that I can manage my prep and work well consistently. So open to all you suggestions. Thanks.
