Job Switch | Salary expectations

Hi,

I am currently working as a Java Developer but I don’t get to code regularly in this company.

I am involved in small code changes, deployment, AWS migration and DB related changes.

When I joined one of MNC as my first company in 2020.

2020–3LPA

2021–4LPA

2022 - I switched and got 10.65(includes 10% variable pay)

2023-no hike

2024-no hike

2025-With hike 11.75(includes 10% variable )

With 4.8 years of experience I am feeling I am getting less paid and I want to switch to another company now but not receiving any interview calls neither getting time to prepare for interview.

I am expecting to get atleast 18LPA by end of this year.
