Job switch Preparation plan (3 Months)

Hey all, I have 3+ yrs of experience as a backend developer in a service based company. I work in a team dealing with 4+ applications and have experience in building rest apis with nodejs,asp.net. Also have experience with CI/CD devops and cloud stuffs. Currently I'm targeting product based companies. I have solved 70 odd dsa problems covering different patterns. Right now, in order to improve my project hold, I'm planning to build a replica of the enterprise grade application that I'm working on. (4 to 6 microservices). And in parallel prepare dsa. All of this, I'm planning to cover in a span of 3 months. Any advice or suggestions? Is it overkill?
