Europe always best, but what exactly your manager committed about onsite thats matters. If he/she said will give in couple of months then need to think. If already processing, worth it!!

Before owing to onsite, its better to get some package revision..

Switch, onsite salaries for TA will be too less to survive. Have seen numerous cases where initiating assignments didn’t guarantee onsite travel even after visa stamping. All depends on various factors like open position, client budget and luck.
