Trending @Infosys; Job switch or continue with Infosys

Hey, Just wanted to check recently I have 2 offers in hand with almost 40% hike,but Infosys wants to retain me,no work pressure from the client everything is fine,just a financial freedom required. Wat if they match the offer shall I continue with Infosys or better to move out from here..

they will not match unless you are a critical resource for them , better to switch

Two points to consider:

If you want financial freedom then simply leave the org, because they won't match your salary
If you want peace of mind and happy life stay there, as you don't know what will happen in your next company or project. People will make you climb the tree but nobody will be there to return you to the ground

N.B- I changed because I got a good hike but here I am stuck due to mental pressure
