Job switch inputs

Hey Engineers, I have 2 years of experience and thinking about making a switch.Got the resume ready and currently applying via Naukri/Linkedin,I get some shortlisting emails for assessments etc but no major interview calls as of now.

What are the portals/Platforms/websites/any other ways via which you made your switch?

For HRs/Hiring managers/talent people,Which portals do you often look to hire good candidates?What are the criterias which you use to filter out the candidates? Do you reach out to them yourself?if yes,then what are things you try to find in profile?

Feel free to list 1000s of portals if that is what you use.

Also are there any 'premium job portals' as well where a candidate can find good companies and not 'Lala Companies'? Are there portals specifically where startup recruiters look?
