My current package at Infosys is 8.5 LPA including 10% variable pay. TCS is offering 11.5 LPA. I have 4.9 years of experience. Is it good to switch?

If you get promotion after 5 years you will get around 11LPA here but there is no assurance. So consider your convenience and better switch.
