Trending @Capgemini; Job Switch in application packaging

Hello guys,

I am working in application packaging role. I am trying to switch however I am not getting any offers. My interviews are getting cleared but somehow, at the end, they hold it and didn't release the offer. My thoughts are, Is notice period of 90 days a challenge? If so, getting on notice period and then finding the jobs would make it easier for me? Also, if I am serving notice period without offer, what are the possible outcomes and what are chances that I will get offer?
