Job switch HR being rude

Hi, How are you guys trying to switch in this market where every single company is just asking for immediate joiners or after they release an offer they need a candidate to join within 2-3 days.

They are not even considering candidates who have a 1 month notice period at least. If you tell HR this 1 month they will ask for if you are already serving notice or not? Forget about 60 to 90 days they just declined the phone call if you say.

This is really a problem if MNC is also looking for the same. How can we tackle this? Any suggestion?
