JOB SWITCH HIKE

I am 2yrs experienced developer Switching job for the first time how much hike can i expect from Deloitte USI my current package is 6.5LPA in Accenture Please your help and guidance on it.

Currently working as an Analyst in (Finance&Accounting) Enabling Areas and having 7 lpa. How much hike I should ask for if I go into other Big 4 OR other companies ?

What % of hike we can expect if switching in Big4 as per latest recruitment drives? Ex. Senior consultant in SAP. CTC: 12-15 LPA Switching from EY GDS to Deloitte USI.

How much percentage of hike can I ask for switching to Accenture as I have 7.3 years of experience for Data engineer role and 14.2 LPA fixed package.
